Absolutely. We use Intuit's OAuth 2.0 for QuickBooks access and never store your QBO credentials. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don't sell or share your financial data.
Your QuickBooks data stays in QuickBooks — we never remove anything. Your DeepLedger account data (AI memory, logs, preferences) is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
